Service Description: AQUA BPO provides a range of outsourcing services, including but not limited to customer support, email management, data entry, and administrative tasks. The specific services provided will be outlined in the agreement between AQUA BPO and the client.
Payment: Clients are required to make payments for services rendered by AQUA BPO as per the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Refunds: Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy outlined above. Clients are encouraged to review the Refund Policy to understand the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Confidentiality: AQUA BPO and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer data, and proprietary information.
Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created or developed by AQUA BPO during the provision of services shall remain the property of AQUA BPO unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Termination: Either party reserves the right to terminate the service agreement with a notice period as agreed upon in the contract. Termination may occur due to breach of contract, non-payment, or other valid reasons.
Liability: AQUA BPO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
